Blue Monochrome is the first gallery piece born out of a long collaboration between myself, Fabrica Research Centre and furniture producers Piaval S.r.l.
Blue is the colour of the sky and sea, it is considered beneficial to the mind and body and symbolises trust, loyalty and wisdom. Monochrome describes paintings, drawings, design and photographs in one colour or, value of one colour.
The stretched Blue Monochrome bench gives physical space and time for each to sit and share together.
