Roehrs & Boetsch Gallery
Designed with the team at Fabrica, ‘Table of Contents’ was a collection of hand-blown glass objects for Zurich based gallery Roehrs & Boetsch. The work was selected to be exhibited in the ‘Curio’ section of Design Miami/Basel in June 2016.
Each designer imagined a piece around ‘containment’ — glass is the common denominator, lending a multidimensional transparency to the theme.
My piece within the collection is named ‘Light play’ — a container of light and shadow. Only complete when the candle is lit, the piece distorts shadows captured on the surface of the glass, playing with the moire effect.
